Tavira

Tavira is a small coastal town in the south of Portugal where part of my family comes from. In front of it there is an island called Ilha de Tavira (Tavira's island) where one of my favourite beach is.
The island has a camping park where I spend a few days each summer. Many people gather in the island in August (locals and foreigners) and party all night long. Some people end up sleeping on the sand, wrapped in their sleeping bags.
This is the portrait of a sunrise after one of those nights. I climbed to the lifeguard's seat and just enjoyed the peacefull moment.
