Genesis by Velica Genesis by Velica
From a single cell to the adult state, all is chemistry. Genes that turn on, genes that turn off. Gradients of proteins and cells migrating. Strings that pull other strings, on a cascade play. Much like a domino trail.
And although there is no magic and no spiritism, the embryo looks precious.

I killed mouse embryos.

hola Luna,
I worked for a few months in a lab that studied mammal embryo development. That was part of an experiment (more a standard procedure to get a specific type of cells).

It was a bit mind blowing to kill the first few embryos, but after a while i turned stone cold.
